30 Day Returns Policy

At Plymouth Pottery we want you to have a positive experience with our products and ordering from us. There can be lots of reasons why you might need to return your order, we realise that the computer screen is not always the best way to gauge the colours. For that reason we have a no-hassle 30 day returns policy for obtaining either a refund or to exchange your order for a different design.

What do I need to know about getting a refund?

  • Packaging damaged

    Please inspect your order upon delivery by the courier and hold onto any packaging materials that came with the order, particularly if the outer box is damaged.

  • Original packaging

    When opening the placemats please keep hold of the Plymouth Pottery product box, where applicable, and return this when returning your placemats. Fees may apply if original packaging is not returned.

  • Faulty products

    If you notice a factory flaw or fault with your placemats, please contact us and we will arrange for the replacement and collection of any faulty items.

  • I just did not like the colour

    You are welcome to return anything where, for example, the colour does not work with the rest of the decoration in your room, from up to 30 days from receipt of your order.

What do I do to start the return process?

    Contact us for a return reference number.

  • Where do I send the items

    We will provide the appropriate return address and/or arrange collection when you contact us to request a return or exchange.

  • Statutory Rights

    Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
