The heat-treated, hard solid glaze on the upper surface is very hardwearing and protects the artwork of the Daisy Squares design. The hardboard centre of these floral tablemats is a generous 5mm thick which means each tablemat feels very solid and sturdy. This thickness stops the heat from your plates getting through to the surface of your cherished kitchen or dining table. The underneath of the placemat has a thin layer of soft cork which keeps your furniture free from scuffs or abrasions.

Each cork backed coaster has the same stylish floral design as the place mats, plus the coasters are just as easy to look after. Wipe them clean of any spillages first with a damp cloth or sponge and then gently rub dry the coaster or placemat with a soft teatowel or dishcloth. To keep your placemats and coasters looking good for years, you must not put them in either the microwave or the dishwasher and definitely make sure not to get them immersed them in water.
